Owensboro, KY — Community members are invited to attend an upcoming Knowledge Exchange Session titled “Bridging Knowledge: Understanding Eating Disorders Together” on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at the Logsdon Community Center in Owensboro.
This free event is designed to bring together research, community insight, and lived experience to foster a deeper understanding of eating disorders. Attendees will hear from researchers, community leaders, and individuals with personal experience, followed by an open discussion and Q&A session.
The event aims to create a welcoming space for learning, connection, and conversation—making complex information about eating disorders more accessible and easier to understand for everyone.
The session is hosted in partnership with Aubrey’s Song Foundation for Eating Disorders and the University of Louisville Clinical & Translational Research Center as part of an ongoing effort to address community health concerns.
