Meal in the Field: October 13th, 2026 – Cochenour Farms

🌾 For this week’s Meal in the Field, we spent some time with the family behind Cochenour Farms!

Cochenour Farms is a family operation where cousins, dads, and nephews all work together to keep things running. They grow corn and soybeans, farming across the area from Santa Claus, IN, to Lamar, IN.

We admire the way the whole family comes together to keep the operation going. Farming takes plenty of hard work on its own, and having multiple generations of family working side by side is a great example of what it takes to keep a family farm moving forward.

We were grateful for the chance to share a meal with the Cochenour family and recognize the hard work they put into their farm!
