Balloons Over the Garden rescheduled and Balloon activity Fri Aug 28- Full Balloon rides by reservations. Sat Aug 29- 5:30am to 9:30am tethered rides. From 4-6pm Children's Activities (face paint, cold air balloon walk, inflatable, crafts and Food court), Balloonist arrive 6pm Tethered Balloon rides begin at 6:30pm.
