This month, we are proud to recognize someone who embodies service, compassion, and the true spirit of community leadership. Our Big O Difference Maker is Randy Lanham, a man whose heart for others has shaped lives all across the Tri-State.
For years, Randy has been a driving force behind programs that give people hope, purpose, and a place to belong. Through music, mentorship, and genuine care for others, he has created opportunities for kids, families, veterans, and anyone who needs a hand up. Randy does not just talk about making a difference. He lives it every day.
As the Director of Education at the Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame & Museum, he uses his gifts to teach, inspire, and connect. Whether it is through his work with Project Volunteer, the community music programs he helps lead, or the countless hours he gives to causes across the region, Randy has impacted many lives in ways that often go unnoticed.
That is why today we are shining a spotlight where it belongs, on a man who chooses kindness, generosity, and service.
Randy gives without expecting anything in return. He invests in people because he believes in their potential. He builds community by being someone others can count on. And in a world that needs more of that, he stands out.
We are honored to celebrate Randy Lanham as this month’s Big O Difference Maker, presented by Aflac Keller and Associates. Thank you, Randy, for showing all of us what it truly means to serve your community with heart, humility, and purpose.
You are making a Big O Difference, and we are grateful.
