36 Kentucky businesses were awarded a license to open a medical marijuana dispensary in their respective regions during Beshear’s Team Kentucky update Monday afternoon. According to media partner 14News,. four of those selected in the lottery were from Henderson County and Daviess County. They are Bungalow House LLC – Daviess County, CP Investment LLC – Daviess County, OTC KY3 LLC – Henderson County, and Treesoft LLC – Henderson County. However, only one license is allowed in each of those counties. This means other counties in the region could house a dispensary should one of the awarded businesses relocate.
