Governor Andy Beshear is expressing his support of President Joe Biden after concerns were raised over last week’s presidential debate. Beshear told reporters Monday “It was a very bad night for the President, but he is the candidate. As long as he continues to be in the race, I will support him.” The governor has been discussed as a possible candidate for Democrats as a replacement for Biden. Beshear states he’s flattered and believes the attention is a result “of all the good things going on in Kentucky.”
