In Owensboro, a significant drug bust has led to the arrest of six individuals following a raid early Monday morning. The Daviess County Sheriff’s Office, led by the Special Investigations Unit, executed a warrant at a residence on West 3rd Street, seizing methamphetamine, marijuana, spice, and other drugs. This raid marks the second operation at this location, spurred by local complaints of recurrent drug trafficking. Among those apprehended was 63-year-old Geary L. Thomas, who now faces charges including trafficking and possession of controlled substances. Also arrested were David Barr, Jacob Mattingly, Anna Barrows, Philip Royal, and Mercedes Allen.
