MADISONVILLE, Ky. (January 25, 2024) — The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) announces the emergency closure of the northbound lane on US-60 at approximately 602 South Green Street in Henderson in front of Jefferson Elementary School. A water main break caused the road to partially collapse.
Crews are actively addressing the issue, and the closure is expected to remain in effect until the end of the day tomorrow, Friday, January 26.
Motorists should seek alternative routes and exercise caution in the affected area.
