(Louisville, KY) — The gun store that sold the AR-15 style rifle that was used in a mass shooting at a Louisville bank is being sued by several parties impacted by the tragedy. The lawsuit was filed yesterday on behalf of survivors and families of victims killed last year at the Old National Bank.
In all, five people died in the shooting at the hands of Connor Sturgeon who was also killed. The lawsuit claims River City Firearms ignored red flags about the gunman when he was sold the weapon and ammunition the week before the shooting.
