An Alabama woman was killed last week in Owensboro, and Owensboro Police are investigating the murder. On Wednesday, November 22nd at 8pm, officers with OPD responded to the 500 Block of Orchard Street in reference to a shooting. Officers discovered a 40-year-old deceased female with an apparent gunshot wound. The Daviess County Coroner’s Office has identified the victim as 40-year-old Stephanie Green of Huntsville, Alabama.
