The Daviess County Public Library board has decided to hold off on taking any action as they consider a complaint against one of its managers brought by a terminated employee. Seth Boone says as a diabetic he worked steadily but more slowly and couldn’t stock enough books on his shift. He says his manager Brandon Hagan wouldn’t accommodate his disability and he was fired. The EEOC is investigating. The library board met Wednesday night and decided to continue it’s review of the matter.
