The Click It Or Ticket Campaign has resulted in four drug arrests in Owensboro on Monday alone. A Daviess County Sheriff’s deputy found a vehicle with its flashers blinking on West 4th Street shortly after midnight and an investigation led to the recovery of methamphetamine and paraphernalia. Owensboro residents Geraldine Havener and Terry Glover were arrested. Elsewhere, Christopher Light of Owensboro and Kimberly Kassinger were arrested during a traffic stop on Fairview Drive and charged with possession of a trafficking amount of meth.
