A man caught on surveillance video breaking into vehicles in Madisonville is now in custody. 24-year-old Cody Ellison was arrested Thursday morning. Officials say those thefts happened in subdivisions located off of Island Ford Road. According to media partner 14News, officers spoke with home owners and obtained surveillance video of the suspect from numerous locations. Stolen property was recovered from a home in Madisonville. Ellison faces theft charges and was booked into the Hopkins County Jail.
