The suspect in a shooting over the weekend at a Henderson motel was arrested in Owensboro Tuesday. With the help of U.S. Marshals, Police arrested Desean Sanders. One person was shot at the Holiday Motel on South Green Street Saturday night around 9:17pm. Police say the found a man in the parking lot of the motel who had been shot in the chest, and he was taken to Deaconess in Evansville. Police said then that they had identified a suspect, but were looking for him. Sanders was originally lodged in the Daviess County Detention Center.
