(Muncie, IN) — Muncie-based Accutech has settled a pair of class-action lawsuits against it. The lawsuits were over the August 2021 data breach that exposed financial and personal information of over 39-thousand people. One was filed in California and the other in Indiana. An employee’s email account was used by hackers to get to the data.
