The plan for an indoor sports facility and a transient boat dock in Owensboro has been put on hold. The City Commissioners voted to delay approval of the plan Tuesday. The nearly 45-million-dollar project is getting push-back from surrounding communities over the cost and necessity of the dock. The next commission meeting is January 3rd.
