A California woman was arrested after police say she was collecting packages containing large amounts of marijuana. According to Evansville Police, many suspicious packages arrived on Friday. The packages were set to be delivered to three addresses in Evansville, and they were originally sent from Ranch Cucamonga, California. A K9 alerted police to the package, and a search warrant was issued. Officers found 90 pounds of marijuana. Detectives staked out one of the addresses, and conducted a controlled delivery. That led to the arrest of 43-year-old Hua Hou. Hou has a felony warrant for dealing marijuana out of Georgia. She was taken to the Vanderburgh County Jail.
