Former Kentucky State House Majority Leader Jonathan Shell has filed papers to run for the agriculture commissioner of the state. Shell was state House majority leader from 2017 to 2019 and was the youngest majority leader in Kentucky history. As agriculture commissioner, Shell says he’ll put his pro-life and pro-Second Amendment values to work in Frankfort.
