Senator Rand Paul made a stop in Owensboro and talked about juvenile offenders, justice reform and violent crime. The Senator met with police officials Tuesday to discuss the issues facing officers on the street. Paul has been endorsed by the Kentucky Fraternal Order of Police and by sheriffs in 20 counties.
