The first day of the parole hearing for Paducah school shooter Michael Carneal has wrapped up. Carneal was 14 years old in 1997 when he opened fire at Heath High School and killed three people and injured others. Victims had a chance to testify Monday about Carneal’s possible release. Carneal is scheduled to present the case for his parole to be granted Tuesday.
