Bus route changes are coming to the transit system in Owensboro. Officials say the changes take effect on Monday and will allow for more efficient service. Two bus routes, the Purple Route and the White, will be discontinued but new stops are being added at Airpark Drive, Goodwill on Starlite Drive and at Alvey Park Drive East.
