Actor Martin Lawrence says Will Smith’s slap of Chris Rock at this year’s Oscars won’t impact the development of “Bad Boys 4.” Lawrence told Ebony magazine, “we got one more at least” in the Bad Boys franchise. Smith slapped Rock after he made a joke about his wife Jada Pinkett Smith. A ton of backlash was directed at Smith as a result and it appeared the star would be stepping out of the limelight for the near future. Variety reported in 2020 when the third installment “Bad Boys For Life” was in theaters that a fourth film was being developed by Sony.
