(Jeffersonville, IN) — There are questions to be answered about the 31 rotting bodies found in a southern Indiana funeral home. Police in Jeffersonville found the bodies Friday during a search of the Lankford Funeral Home and Family Center. They also found the remains of 16 people who’d been cremated. No one is saying who left the bodies in the funeral home or why. Jeffersonville Police, along with nearly a dozen other agencies are now looking into the case.
