Kishawn Walker has finally received his opportunity to play in the NFL. Walker will report to the Houston Texans rookie camp this weekend. Walker will be an undrafted free agent and will have to earn his way on the preseason roster for the Houston Texans.
Walker was a consensus Division II All American as he was named to the to the Don Hansen All-American First Team. This comes in addition to his other awards won this season, such as AP First Team All-American, AFCA First Team All-American, D2CCA Second Team All-American, First Team All-Region, and First Team All G-MAC.
Walker was also a former standout for the Owensboro Red Devils, who finished as runner-up in the KHSAA state 4A championship game in 2014. Walker went to Georgetown College, earning All Confernce honors before transferring to Western Kentucky University where he played on the Hilltoppers First Responders Bowl Championship team in 2019. Walker then transferred to KWC where he began his All American career.
