On Tuesday, the Green River District Health Department (GRDHD) reported that in the previous week it had investigated 54 new COVID-19 infections; 18 in Daviess County, 25 in Henderson County, 2 in Ohio County, 4 in Union County, and 5 in Webster County. GRDHD reported 3 additional COVID-19 deaths during that period. The COVID-19 deaths were 2 residents of Henderson County and 1 resident of Ohio County. The average number of new cases in the district for that period was 8 new cases a day. The newly reported cases were investigated between April 18 and April 24, 2022.
