Four huge smoke stacks at the Coleman Station in Hawesville have been reduced to a pile of rubble following their implosion. Big Rivers Electric Corporation took down the stacks at the coal fire power station Wednesday. The station has been idle since 2014. Explosives demolished three original 300 foot tall stacks and one 400 foot stack.
