A Louisville man has been arrested in Hopkins County on Terroristic Threatening and Attempted Murder charges. On Sunday at approximately 1:16pm., the Warrick County, Indiana Sheriff’s Office requested KSP Post 2 to locate Zachary A. Conner in Madisonville. According to Warrick County officials, Conner was making threats to kill his ex-wife and kids. KSP Troopers and Madisonville Police Department located Conner who was parked at the CVS pharmacy on North Main Street in Madisonville. During an interview, Conner told Trooper Jacob Stephens his detailed plan to kill his ex-wife, and the actions he was taking to do it. Conner also stated he was going to kill a Deputy Jailer. Trooper Stephens arrested Conner and lodged him in the Hopkins County Detention Center. 33-year-old Zachary A. Conner was charged with two counts of terroristic threatening 3rd degree, violation of a foreign EPO/DVO, and (Attempt) Murder – domestic violence.
