A section of J.R. Miller Boulevard was closed for around an hour Saturday after a multi-vehicle collision. According to the Owensboro Police Department, officers were on scene of a non-injury collision at the intersection of J.R. Miller Boulevard and East Byers Avenue. J.R. Miller Boulevard was closed from Legion Boulevard to Mallard Place until the all-clear was announced by OPD on Facebook at 11:28am.
