The final drawing in the state’s vaccine lottery is scheduled for Friday. One final one-million-dollar winner and five scholarship winners will be announced by Governor Andy Beshear. The deadline to enter the lottery drawing is tomorrow at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time.
