The juvenile charged in the murder of Owensboro teen Corban Henry will be tried as an adult. His case was transferred to adult court yesterday. The 17-year old was charged in May in the August 15th shooting. Henry was riding on the back of a scooter on West 5th Street near Kendall Perkins Park when he was shot. The name of the juvenile will be kept confidential until indicted as an adult in Circuit Court.
