Dr. Dre's estranged wife Nicole Young wants him to prove their so-called “ironclad prenup.” According to TMZ, Young filed papers demanding Dre turn over the original version of the prenup. She said that although the law is clear that he must turn over all relevant financial, business and personal documents in their divorce, he has failed to produce the prenup.
She said that because Dre hasn't produced it, she doesn't know which version of the alleged prenup he is referring to — and called his refusal to share the info an “intentional abuse” of the divorce process.
As previously reported, Nicole claimed that she was pressured into signing the prenup back in 1996. She has claimed that he tore up the prenup two years into the marriage and said that “he felt ashamed he had pressured me into signing.” Nicole insists they've both said it was “null and void” ever since then. Dre has denied tearing it up.
Nicole is asking the judge to impose a $50k sanction against him for taking his time turning in the prenup.
