The people hauling our groceries and online orders will soon be able to find a bit better of a bite to eat in Indiana. The state’s Department of Transportation is allowing food trucks to open at rest stops in the state. The idea is to give truckers a place to eat because so many restaurants and truck stops are closed. There will be a maximum of two food trucks per rest stop, and they will have to close as soon as the coronavirus emergency orders are lifted.
