Owensboro’s population is expected to hit the 60-thousand mark soon. A U.S. Census Bureau report released today says Owensboro’s estimated population was just shy of 60-thousand in July of last year. Owensboro needs to add less than 200 people during the 2020 census to reach the 60-thousand mark.
