Majority of the people I’ve met treat their pets as their child. I am no different! I have 2 fur-babies that live with me. Twix is my 10 year old, black and white cat and Lemmy, my 95lbs Golden Retriever/Coonhound mix that has the personality of the man I named him after, Lemmy Kilmister!
Today marks 3 years since we got Lemmy as a puppy and my goodness was he a handful! Bless my wife because I have a horrible poop-phobia (yes, that’s a thing) where I gag/puke once I see or smell poop. Needless to say, when the wife wasn’t home to clean up the poop, she would come home to paper towel teepees covering his accidents!
3 years later, Lemmy has turned out to be one of the greatest dogs I’ve ever known! He has never met a stranger and wants to give all of his love to every person that comes to my door.
