A record number of Kentuckians are registered to vote for the midterm elections. Secretary of State Alison Lundergran Grimes’ office says today that nearly three-point-four-million people are registered to vote in the state. That’s 35-thousand more than registered for May’s primary elections. All congressional districts gained voters since May, with an increase of more than nine-thousand voters reported.
