St. Joseph Peace Mission for Children is hosting the 3rd Annual Chef Throw-Down Challenge, Owensboro’s premier culinary showdown and fundraiser.
Owensboro’s premier culinary showdown and fundraiser, sponsored by Aetna Better Health of Kentucky, is set for September 8, 2018 at the Owensboro Country Club. Doors open at 6:00. Serving begins at 6:30.
This special fundraiser benefits A Simple Path and St. Joseph Peace Mission for Children. Both programs work daily to house, educate, and give purpose back to children in crisis and those struggling and affected by homelessness and poverty in our community.
Four talented chefs, and one sous chef, will be creating unique dishes in a competition to raise awareness, and benefit the homeless and children in crisis in our community.
