A new audit spells trouble for Kentucky’s 911 Services Board. The report released yesterday shows the state paid a now-bankrupt company over 230-thousand dollars to write a statewide 911 policy that was never completed. State 911 officials said they’re looking for a new contractor to finish the project and pledged to keep better records of the work this time around.
