Tyson Foods says about 90 new jobs are being created at its Robards facility, as the company plans to embark on $8 million worth of upgrades. According to media partner 14News, the Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority is providing qualified job tax credits for new capital investment through the Kentucky Business Investment program. The Henderson County plant already employs around 1,200 people, and produces quick frozen packaged chicken to retail customers. Company officials say the additions will help meet growing demand.
