A second person has been arrested in connection to a terroristic threatening case that resulted in an arrest on Wednesday. According the the Owensboro Police Department, Ethan James Bauer agreed to let Joshua Blount into a secured dorm at Kentucky Wesleyan College, where Blount planned to cause death or harm to at least two people on campus. Upon interviewing Blount Wednesday, he admitted to police he had homicidal thoughts and sent a female student the message claiming she was on his hit list. Detectives interviewed and charged Ethan James Bauer with Terroristic Threatening, 2nd Degree and Tampering with Physical Evidence. Police say Bauer also deleted text messages from Blount about their plan and stated that Blount had instructed him to do so. OPD continues to investigate further.
