Owensboro Police have arrested 18-year-old Prestyn Blair following an investigation by the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. Detectives executed a search warrant at Blair’s residence on Keenland Parkway in Thruston Wednesday morning. Blair is facing multiple charges, including 20 counts of possessing material portraying sexual performance by a minor under 12, four counts involving minors aged 12 to 18, use of a minor under 16 in a sex performance, and procuring or promoting the use of a minor by electronic means. Authorities continue their investigation and encourage anyone with related information to come forward.
