A Henderson man is facing charges for allegedly attacking two women and choking a dog. The incident happened Tuesday on Rosser Drive when 36-year-old Jeffery Fischer allegedly physically assaulted and choked two women during an argument. Fischer then allegedly grabbed a dog by its neck and placed the dog in a chokehold. He now faces multiple charges, including battery, criminal trespass and animal cruelty.
