The Emergency Protection Order case involving former Governor Matt Bevin and his adoptive son Jonah is continuing on Thursday. The case went before a judge on Friday who heard Jonah Bevin’s claims of being physically and emotionally abused while being an adopted child. The younger Bevin claims he was sexually abused by a family member at age ten and was beaten and waterboarded at the facility he was sent to in Jamaica which has since been shut down. Matt Bevin represented himself in the case and was able to question Jonah on the claims made against him. No decisions have been made on the Emergency Protection Order which will be addressed again tomorrow.
