The Owensboro man facing child porn charges is facing even more. According to media partner 14News, 46-year-old Joey Rust was charged with four counts of possessing matter portraying sexual performance by a minor under 12, but now he’s facing 36 charges. Police say they served a search warrant at his home in the 600 block of Pennbrooke Avenue, and the additional charges come after more evidence was found on his cell phone. His bond has been raised to $125,000.
