An Evansville man is in the Vanderburgh County Jail after being arrested early Sunday morning near a Taco Bell restaurant on Green River Road. Police say Andrew Leach entered the Taco Bell after being told he could only order food through the drive through. Leach then allegedly threatened to stab an employee in the parking lot. He was arrested on charges of intimidation with a deadly weapon and had three active misdemeanor warrants.
