A contractor for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet plans to begin an asphalt resurfacing project along 2.5 miles of KY 144 in Daviess County on Monday. According to media partner 14News, the new asphalt will be between a CSX Railroad bridge located at the 2.048 mile point and KY 1389/Jones Road. Work near the intersections of U.S. 60 and KY 144 will be held until the end of the project. Work schedules can be impacted by the weather. Some delays are possible during the movement and placement of equipment.
