Daviess County is mourning the loss of a man who has left a lasting impact on the community. Mike Clark passed away over the weekend. Clark was the co-founder of Dream Riders which was created after he lost his daughter in a car crash in 2001. Dream Riders is a therapeutic horseback riding program for people with special needs.
