A new survey by WalletHub is listing Lexington as a top run city in the U.S. WalletHub compared 148 of the most populated cities across six key categories, including financial stability, education, health, safety, economy, infrastructure and pollution. Lexington came in second behind Nampa Idaho. The worst run cities on the list are San Francisco, Oakland, CA, Gulfport, MS, New York City, and Flint, Michigan. Nampa, Idaho topped the list due to its extremely low government debt level, safety and economy.
