20-year-old Maddox Hall waived his right Monday to a preliminary hearing in a tragic case that’s captured local attention. Hall, facing charges including vehicular homicide and DUI, is linked to a deadly crash on May 11 that resulted in the death of 25-year-old Morgan Culyer-Foster and severe injuries to two others. His decision moves the case directly to the Daviess County Grand Jury, as confirmed by County Attorney John Burlew. Additionally, the presiding judge recently stepped down from the case, adding another layer of complexity. Hall remains detained on a $250,000 full cash bond.
