Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita will not have a challenger at the state Republican convention next month. There had been speculation that other candidates would challenge him, but the party says he was the only Republican candidate to file by Thursday’s 5pm deadline. Madison County Prosecutor Rodney Cummings had expressed interest in running for the attorney general’s office but did not file. Rokita has been Indiana’s attorney general since 2021.
