In Hartford, a routine traffic stop led to the arrest of 38-year-old Ricky Filback. Around 1 a.m. on SR 69 South, a deputy halted a vehicle due to a malfunctioning taillight, only to discover that passenger Filback was wanted on multiple warrants. Further investigation revealed two baggies of suspected methamphetamine near the passenger seat, and additional substances and drug paraphernalia on Filback himself. He now faces several charges including possession of controlled substances and drug paraphernalia. Filback is currently held at the Ohio County Detention Center.
